At PeopleFirst HR Partners, we believe that HR is more than policies and processes, it’s about people. With over 20 years of HR experience, I’ve helped businesses of all sizes, from startups to Fortune 500 companies, build high-performing, engaged, and strategically aligned workforces.
 

Throughout my career, I’ve guided executives, transformed HR strategies, and optimized workforce operations across 50+ countries. I specialize in employee engagement, change management, HR process optimization, compensation consulting, and HR integration for mergers and acquisitions.
 

My Approach
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all HR solutions. Every business is unique, and so are its people. That’s why I take a consultative, data-driven, and people-first approach to solving HR challenges—whether it’s helping companies reduce turnover, designing impactful employee handbooks, or coaching leaders to build stronger, more engaged teams.

 

Beyond HR, I’m deeply passionate about giving back and making a difference. I’ve been raising money and walking 60 miles for the past 21 years as part of the Susan G. Komen 3-Day Walk, serving as team captain to help raise awareness and fund breast cancer research.  In my spare time, you’ll find me walking, reading, and spending time with my family and friends. Whether I’m training for my next 60-mile walk or helping businesses build people-first workplaces, my focus is always on creating meaningful impact—one step at a time.
