Amber Bradbury brings more than 20 years of executive and senior HR leadership experience, helping organizations—from startups to Fortune 500 companies—build high-performing teams, strengthen leadership, and create workplace cultures where employees can thrive.


Throughout her career, Amber has partnered with executive teams to guide organizational transformation, align HR strategy with business goals, and improve workforce performance across 50+ countries. Her expertise includes employee engagement, change management, HR strategy, compensation consulting, HR process optimization, and HR integration during mergers and acquisitions.


Today, Amber combines her HR leadership background with coaching and advisory services, supporting both organizations and individuals as they navigate leadership challenges, career transitions, and meaningful life changes.
 

My Approach

Amber believes there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to people and organizations.

Her approach is consultative, practical, and people-centered, helping leaders understand not only the policies and processes behind HR but also the human dynamics that drive engagement, performance, and long-term success.

Whether advising organizations on strategic HR initiatives or coaching individuals through career and life transitions, Amber focuses on clarity, resilience, and sustainable growth.
 

Beyond the Workplace

Amber is deeply committed to giving back to her community.

For more than 23 years, she has participated in the Susan G. Komen 3-Day Walk, walking 60 miles and serving as a team captain to raise awareness and funds for breast cancer research. This cause is especially meaningful to her as a breast cancer survivor.

Outside of work, Amber enjoys walking, reading, and spending time with family and friends. Whether she is training for the next 60-mile walk or helping organizations strengthen their people strategies, her goal remains the same: creating meaningful impact, one step at a time.
